Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grace Texture website and the architectural decorative coating services we provide. By browsing this site, requesting a quote, or engaging us for a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Textures

Grace Texture provides interior and exterior wall textures and decorative surface coatings for residential, commercial and corporate spaces. Quotes, timelines, material estimates and finish samples shared on this site or during consultations are indicative and may be refined once a site survey is completed.

Quotes & Consultations

Submitting the contact form or requesting a quote does not create a binding contract. A project is confirmed only once both parties agree on scope, pricing and timeline in writing (including via email or a signed proposal). We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Payments

Payment terms, including any advance/deposit requirements and milestone payments, will be set out in your project proposal or invoice. Work may be paused if agreed payment terms are not met.

Site Access & Client Responsibilities

• Providing safe, timely access to the project site for our applicator teams.
• Ensuring surfaces are structurally sound and disclosing any known issues (dampness, prior coatings, structural movement) ahead of work.
• Approving finish samples and color references before full application begins.

Warranty

Workmanship and material warranties, where applicable, will be detailed in your project proposal. Natural variation in hand-applied textures and finishes is expected and is not considered a defect. Warranties do not cover damage from improper maintenance, structural movement, or external factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, logos and the Grace Texture name and mark — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grace Texture is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from project delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
